Design
  • What should my Order of Service include?
    An Order of Service is more than a running order for a funeral. It is a chance to come together with your family and friends to create a lasting tribute. It is an opportunity to create something that reflects your loved one through the design, images and messages that you choose.
    This is only a guide, but most Order of Services will include:

    1. Opening Song
    2. Eulogy
    3. Prayers & Blessings
    4. Hymns
    5. Readings
    6. Closing Thoughts & Remembrance

    You should always check the running Order of the Service with the officiant who is holding the ceremony, before you go to print.
  • What type and quality should my images be?
    To get the best possible results, make sure the image/photo is high quality. This means a minimum of 150dpi, but we would recommend 300dpi for a defined final print.

    You should ideally make sure your photo is set to CMYK.

    We accept JPEG, PNG and PDF images.
  • Will you check my order before I print it?
    All orders will be quality checked to ensure they are produced to the highest standards. But it is the responsibility of the user to check and review the content of your order before you place it.

    You can preview your design at any time and it is always a good idea to send a PDF preview to a family member, friend or the officiant for a final proof read before sending it to print.
  • Can you create a bespoke design for me?

Editor
  • Can I share my design with family, friends or an officiant before I place my order?
    Yes, at any stage of your design you can download a preview to share with anyone who needs to check it before going to print. Simply click the ‘PDF Preview’ button when you are in our online editor.
  • Can I save my design and return to it later?
    Yes, just click the ‘Save as a Project’ button when you are in our online editor to save your design. You will then be asked to create an account. When you want to return to your design you can log in and find it within the ‘Saved Projects’ section of your account.
  • How do I add images to my design?
    When you are in the online editor, click on the ‘add files’ icon on the left-hand side. You can then upload your images into the side bar. To add them to your design you simply need to drag and drop them into a picture box within the editor.
  • How do I add new text boxes?
    When you select the ‘Add Text’ icon within the editor a new text box will appear. You can then simply drag the text box to the size you require and drop it in the position.
Delivery
  • How long will my order take?
    All products will be despatched within 36 hours of the order being placed and then sent the following day on an overnight courier service.
  • Does Loving Reflections produce all products in-house?
    Yes, all of our products are printed and made on-site. Allowing us to ensure the right level of care and attention goes into every order that we receive.
  • How do I know my order has been placed?
    Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has been despatched you will then receive a text or email confirmation from UK Mail, part of the DHL Group, to confirm your delivery.
  • How do we deliver our products?
    We deliver our items on an overnight courier service with UK Mail - a subsidiary of the DHL Group.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We are able to deliver to all parts of the UK. However, delivery to remote areas may take longer and be subject to additional charges. These include deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Republic of Ireland.
  • What happens if I am not available to receive my delivery?
    In the event that your parcel is delivered when you are not home, the driver will leave a calling card. You will also get an email or text notification that will direct you to ‘Manage my delivery’. You can then select your preferred option to re-arrange your delivery. These include:

    1. Leave in a safe place
    2. Leave with neighbour
    3. Collect from local parcel shop
    4. Collect from UK Mail depot
    5. Change delivery day
